- Accept full responsibility for your trading decisions
2. Description of Service
PolyConsensus provides:
- Analytics and leaderboards showing Polymarket trader performance
- Real-time tracking of trading activity
- Copy trading functionality (when available)
- Alerts and notifications about market activity
We aggregate publicly available blockchain data. We do not operate as a prediction market ourselves.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on PolyConsensus constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only. You should:
- Conduct your own research before making trading decisions
- Consult with qualified professionals as needed
- Understand that past performance does not indicate future results
- Never invest more than you can afford to lose
4. Copy Trading Disclaimer
If you use our copy trading feature:
- You are solely responsible for enabling copy trading and selecting traders to follow
- We do not guarantee profits or positive returns
- Traders you follow may change their strategy at any time
- There may be delays between a trader's action and your copied trade
- You can disable copy trading at any time
5. Non-Custodial Service
PolyConsensus is a non-custodial platform:
- We never have access to your private keys
- We never hold or control your funds
- You are responsible for securing your wallet
- Transactions are executed directly on the blockchain
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate markets or deceive other users
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Use automated systems to abuse our platform

All content, design, logos, and code on PolyConsensus are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PolyConsensus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any trading losses you incur
- We are not responsible for blockchain network issues, delays, or failures
- We are not liable for third-party services (Polymarket, wallets, etc.)
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PolyConsensus and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects access
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
