What's new
Changes to PolyConsensus that you can see, newest first. How the numbers are worked out, and what our research found, is on the methodology page.

Pages stay responsive while data refreshes
Loading fresh market lists, opening the resolved markets tab and looking up older resolved markets used to pause the whole site for a moment, sometimes for a second or two. That work is now done in small steps, so other pages keep loading meanwhile.
See it - Improved
Privacy and terms simplified
The privacy policy and the terms of use were tidied up and now contain only what applies to the site as it runs today.
See it - Fixed
Markets settle exactly as Polymarket pays them
A market settled on Polymarket is now settled on the site at Polymarket’s payout per outcome, including the rare cases where no outcome pays in full: 50-50 refunds and split payouts (for example 20¢ / 80¢ a share). Such a market no longer waits for a winner’s name, and positions, redemptions and the API show what each share actually paid.
See it - Fixed
Smaller fixes across the site
The 12-month return window now starts in the right month, new consensus markets are no longer missed when many appear at once, and screen readers get names and announcements on more controls. Several descriptions of how the site works were corrected.
- New
What the flagged wallets of a market have in common
On the Unusual new money page, each market now opens an analysis of its flagged wallets: when each entered and whether several came within minutes, how they traded, how alike they look on a 0–1 score with the formula shown, and, once collected, where their first USDC came from. Similarity is a resemblance, not proof of anything.
See it - Fixed
The dashboard no longer slows the site
Opening your dashboard used to make every page hang for up to a second or two. It now looks up only the markets and traders on your watchlist, so the rest of the site keeps moving.
See it - Improved
Market pages update within about two seconds
An open market page now refreshes its holders, positions, trades and signal cards within about two seconds of a change on that market, instead of up to a minute. The new-money card follows the same updates. Five- and fifteen-minute markets are picked up and closed sooner.
See it - Fixed
The site no longer freezes briefly every five minutes
Pages and live updates used to stall for a second or two every five minutes while the site reloaded a long list of markets. It now checks only the markets that just traded.
- Fixed
A round of small fixes
Positions on a just-resolved market use the usual rule, copy-trader hold times are right after a near-full sale, and the trader P/L card matches its chart. The search spinner stops, a failed chart refresh keeps you on the chart, the watchlist star fills only when saved, and Sign out everywhere reports a failure. Charts load faster; screen readers get a chart description and a skip link.
- Improved
Volume column for bots
The bot tables on the dashboard now show how many dollars each bot has traded in total, buys and sells together. Click the column to sort by it.
See it - Fixed
Finished markets no longer stay open, and no winner is guessed from a price
Markets under Polymarket's new market version could stay listed as open after they finished; they now move to the resolved list like every other market. A trader's position is only settled once Polymarket names the winner: a market that is merely close to finishing stays open at its current price instead of being counted as won or lost.
See it - New
Live data check on the status page
The status page now shows at a glance whether new data is arriving in real time: how old the newest trade is, how fast prices and large trades update, and how many traders and markets are tracked, each with a green, amber or red light.
See it - New
Previous and next market in a series
Markets that come in a series, such as Bitcoin Up or Down every 5 or 15 minutes, hourly or daily, or a ladder of deadlines in one event, now show Previous and Next buttons and the nearby markets with their state, price and winner. Five-minute markets open their chart on their whole life, and the chart shows Live while updates keep arriving.
See it - Fixed
Unusual new money keeps every wallet
A new wallet with a big position now stays listed for as long as the market is open and the wallet still holds, instead of dropping out two days after its trades. Every flagged wallet is listed and counted, and the page's profit or loss now covers all of them. It leaves only when the market closes or the wallet has sold out.
See it - New
Unusual new money page
One list of every open market where new wallets hold a big position: how many wallets, how much they put in, their profit or loss so far and when they entered. Wallets now stay listed after two days and show what they added or took out. Filter by category, price, wallets and size; refreshed every 30 seconds.
See it - Improved
Prices refresh every 5 seconds
Market prices and the consensus that depends on them now update every 5 seconds instead of every minute or two.
See it - Fixed
Fresher prices on Unusual new money
The card could show a price that was minutes old on fast markets, which made a wallet's profit or loss look wrong. It now uses the newest large trade on the market when that is more recent, says when the price is more than two minutes old, and refreshes every 30 seconds.
See it - Improved
A Live / Paper filter for bots, and a server move
The Competition and My bots tabs can now be filtered to live or paper bots. The site moves to a larger server on November 1; a short pause is possible that day.
See it - Fixed
Every large fill shows on Insiders
When one transaction held several large fills (a buyer matched against several sellers, or two whales on the same trade), only the first appeared. All of them show now.
See it - Fixed
Stop-loss prices to the cent
The suggested stop-loss on a market page was rounded down to whole 10-cent steps (a 65¢ side with an 8¢ stop showed 50¢). It is now exactly the distance below the price, in cents. Also fixed: the alerts feed could come back empty when untracked wallets were busy, a market whose status check timed out was never checked again, and a price could be served stale for a few minutes.
See it - Improved
Market charts open on the last 6 hours
On a market page, the activity chart, Smart money over time and the Smart-money timeline now open on the last 6 hours, with buttons for the last day, the last week and the whole history.
See it - Improved
Time ranges on the bot charts
The equity chart of each bot can now show all of its history or only the last 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, 12, 6, 3 or 1 hours.
See it - New
Unusual new money on market pages
Open markets now show new wallets that hold a big position, with the side they hold, whether it goes against the consensus or the favourite, and whether they are adding or trimming. It is a place to look, not proof that anyone knows anything.
See it - Improved
Privacy policy and terms brought up to date
The privacy policy now covers followed traders, alerts, the research lab, bot trade history and our own error tracking, with how long each is kept. The terms say more plainly that nothing here is financial advice, that paper bots are simulations, and that Polymarket's own rules and country restrictions apply.
See it - Fixed
Holdings in multi-candidate markets
When a trader converts "No" shares on some candidates into "Yes" on the others (common in elections), their holdings now update within minutes instead of at the next hourly refresh, so the consensus in those markets is counted from the right positions.
See it - New
Site status page and data freshness
A public status page shows whether the site, the market data, the background updates and the bot API are working, with 90 days of uptime checked from outside our own server. Every page now shows how fresh the market data is, next to Search.
See it - Improved
Research figures brought up to date
The research page now leads with the full-year results without hindsight, and the grade explanations, filter notes and quality chip quote them too. The research grade's "Research candidate" rules looked good in a short backtest but did not hold up over the year, and the texts now say so.
See it - New
Methodology page and this changelog
One page now explains how the consensus is counted, where the data comes from, how fresh it is and what our research found, with a version history. This changelog lists what changed for visitors, with an Atom feed.
See it - New
Full-year research without hindsight
We replayed the site's own rule over a year of every Polymarket trade, with the tracked wallets rebuilt day by day as the site would have seen them. Following the consensus lost about 3% a trade after costs in the test half of the year, and none of 86 narrower ideas held up.
See it - Fixed
"Ending soon" shows the right markets
Markets that had already ended could stay on the list for 40 minutes or more, and the current 5- and 15-minute crypto markets were missing because their end times were read as midnight. Both are fixed.
See it - Fixed
Trader links open the right trader
After an hourly refresh, a trader's page could show the trader ranked next to the one you asked for. Every trader link now opens the right profile.
See it - New
Copy-trader figures on the full history
Trader pages and the copy-trader research now default to "Full history, every trade, no hindsight": 27,345 wallets that were ever in the tracked set, with every fill they made from December 2022 to October 25, 2026.
See it - New
Weekly report of your bots
Accounts that run bots through the Bot API get a Weekly report tab on the dashboard: each bot's profit for the week and since it started, its trades and win rate, and whether there are enough trades yet to tell an edge from luck.
See it - Improved
Followed traders in your watchlist
Traders you follow now appear in the dashboard's Watchlist tab, marked "Following", and a trader's page has a single Follow button.
See it - New
Copy bots
A self-hosted bot can read the traders your account follows and copy each one on paper. The dashboard's Copy bots tab shows each copy's return next to the trader's own.
See it - Improved
"If you had copied this trader" counts their sells
The copy-trader figure now mirrors every buy and every sell, after the spread and fees on both, instead of only the positions a trader still held at the end. The old figure stays as a second row.

Research section with a live signal ledger
Every consensus signal is now frozen when it forms and settled when Polymarket resolves the market, after the spread and fees. The research page shows that live record next to the backtests.

See it - New
Markets like this one, and a market timeline
Open market pages show how similar past signals turned out and when the consensus formed, flipped or lost its holders, from a replay of the site's rule.
See it - Improved
A research grade replaces Strong, Medium and Weak
Each open market gets Research candidate, Neutral or Avoid, computed from the market as it is now, with the evidence behind each rule. New filters: Quality 3+, Favourites, Big money, Tennis tour and Forming, plus a trading-cost chip.
See it - New
Follow traders and set alert rules
Signed-in accounts can follow traders and set alert rules for new or flipped consensus markets and for followed traders' trades, with limits so nothing floods.
See it - New
Topic pages and trader comparison
Browse the consensus by topic (elections, geopolitics, tennis, esports and more), see each trader's specialties, and compare traders side by side.
See it - New
How unusual bets turned out
The insiders page now keeps a record of the unusual bets it flagged and shows how they settled, by score band.
See it - Improved
A faster, clearer homepage
The view you pick lives in the address, so it can be shared and Back returns to the same place. One Sort menu with filter chips, live scores on match cards, site search (press / or Ctrl+K), and the list updates without reloading.
See it - Improved
Market and trader pages
Market pages arrive with their content already in place, show a quality chip and each holder's record, and keep a trade bar at the bottom on phones. The traders list sorts and pages on the server, with labelled ranks and every win rate shown with its count.
See it - Improved
Site updates without downtime
New versions of the site now go live without taking it down, so updates no longer interrupt visitors.
- Improved
Simpler top bar
The top bar keeps Markets, Traders, Insiders, Alerts, Elections, Topics and Search; everything else is in the menu.
- New
A match's markets on one page
Sports market pages list every market of the same match with its consensus, and a probability chart with ranges from one hour to all time marks the tracked traders' trades.
- New
Live match scores
Sports market pages show the live score, period and sets the way Polymarket does.
- New
2026 midterm elections page
Every midterm market with a smart-money consensus in one place, ahead of the November 3 election.
See it - Fixed
Honest win rates and expected values
The resolved-markets win rate no longer leaves out losses where most holders were on the losing side. The expected-value calculator now includes the spread and Polymarket's fee, and no longer prefills the head count as a probability.
See it - Improved
Safer trading
Market orders show their average price, price impact and fee before you sign, re-check the order book first and ask twice when the impact is large. New: claim winnings, close a position, an orders card with cancel-all, and withdraw to your own wallet.
- Fixed
Prices just under a dollar
Buttons show 99.6¢ instead of rounding to 100¢, and orders use the market's current tick size.
- Improved
Better categories and topics
Sports sub-markets (spreads, totals, exact scores) are no longer filed under Other, and a finer topic is shown on each market.
See it - Improved
An "updating" page instead of an error
While the site restarts, visitors see a short updating page instead of a bare error.
- Fixed
Markets resolved 50-50
Markets Polymarket refunds at 50-50 (cancelled matches, ties, walkovers) now show "Resolved 50-50 (void)", are valued at 50¢ a share, and never count as a win or a loss.
- New
Order book on market pages
A Polymarket-style order book with your own open orders and a cancel button. Click a price to start a limit order there.
- Fixed
Finished markets leave the list within a minute
A market that closes or resolves now leaves the live list about a minute after Polymarket closes it, instead of at the next hourly refresh.
- Fixed
Exact trade times
Trade times now come from the block each trade was made in. Some trades read back from the chain had been dated too early.
- Improved
Consensus changes reach bots within a second
The Bot API's live stream now sends a change in a market's consensus within about a second of the trades behind it.
See it - Improved
Near-real-time holders and consensus
Holders and the consensus of listed markets are re-counted every 30 seconds and within seconds of new trades, instead of once an hour.
See it - Fixed
Every trade counted
When one transaction filled several orders, only the first fill was kept, so many positions were undercounted. Every fill is now stored, and the earlier history was read again from the chain.
- Fixed
Exits stay gone, and dust no longer counts
A trader who sold out no longer reappears as a holder after the hourly refresh, and a leftover of less than one share no longer counts as holding a market.
See it - Fixed
Open markets no longer end on their end date
Markets that Polymarket still had open (an election with a possible second round, a postponed game) were shown as ended once their end date passed. They stay open until Polymarket closes them, and missing winners were filled in.
- Improved
No more hourly slowdowns
The site no longer freezes for a few minutes once an hour, and the largest traders' pages no longer slow everything else down.
- Fixed
All tracked traders on the traders list
The traders list stopped at 500; it now pages through all of the roughly 2,400 tracked traders. Trade lists show real times instead of "just now".
See it - Fixed
Complete trader records
Many traders' closed positions had never been fully read, so their records were missing and the win-rate check skipped them. The copy now finishes, and the large-trades page no longer stalls on a hung request.
See it - Fixed
Game markets are Sports
Polymarket's game markets were filed under Other; they are Sports now. Month labels also round the way Polymarket's do.
- Fixed
Trader pages match Polymarket
A trader holding both sides of a market shows both, positions from splits appear, and the total P/L is now the figure on the trader's Polymarket profile.
- Fixed
Game markets named and counted
Many sports and esports game markets do not appear in Polymarket's main market listing, so their trades went unnamed and uncounted. They are now read from Polymarket's events and counted like any other market.
- New
More in the Bot API
Every market in the Bot API now carries its category, a trader-quality summary and the holders' records, plus the hand-picked wallets' view and a list of forming markets.
